"Alright, I'll see ya around"
Change is a part of life, that much I know. It's when these changes are sudden and unexpected that I’m forced to deal with the lasting remnants. My contemplative thoughts following these changes often land on the sense of feeling disposable. The thought that anything or anyone can be thoughtlessly disposed of, thrown away, was never a thought of mine until recently. Everything may be disposable, but that doesn’t necessarily mean these things are gone forever.
Through my photographs, I am exploring my environment to recall sentiments of past and present thoughts. Using disposable cameras provides me with an underlying component where I’m subconsciously using it to harness the element of chance.
